Good morning.

My name is Diana Bradley, General Counsel of Nu Skin Enterprises. It is a true honor to join you today at the “Proactive Health · Innovative Pathways – Data-Driven Precision Nutrition Academic Exchange Conference,” hosted by People’s Daily Health Client.

On behalf of Nu Skin, I would like to express our sincere appreciation for the opportunity to participate in this important dialogue. I am pleased to exchange ideas with all of you about how, in this era of digital intelligence, we can harness technology and data science to contribute to  a more precise, proactive, and inclusive health management system in China.

People’s Daily Health Client is an important strategic media partner for Nu Skin. Last year, we had a wonderful exchange at the “Technology for Good, Reimagining Nutrition and Health Management” conference. And I also had the pleasure of visiting  the People’s Daily Health team last month. We look forward to a long-term partnership and deeper collaboration in the broader health sector, contributing together to the Healthy China initiative.

This year, the Chinese Government Work Report included for the first time the “health-prioritized development strategy.” This marks an important evolution in China’s health philosophy: from a treatment-centered  model to a proactive health model centered on prevention and wellness management.

At Nu Skin, we are fully embracing this transformation and believe it represents the future of health and wellness. As a global intelligent beauty and wellness company, Nu Skin is committed to combining scientific research, digital technology, and personalized wellness solutions to help people better understand and manage their health throughout different stages of life. Powered by hyperspectral technology and supported by AI-driven insights, PRYSM iO gives users a Nutritional Health Score allowing them to better understand key nutritional wellness indicators associated with oxidative stress and lifestyle habits. Together with the accompanying wellness ecosystem and personalized recommendations, Prysm iO enables a more measurable and data-informed wellness experience.

In many ways, this represents a shift from experience-based wellness toward data-supported wellness management — helping make health more visible, understandable, and actionable.

Having served the Chinese market for over 20 years, Nu Skin has embedded social responsibility into our corporate DNA. We are committed to supporting China’s health development priorities through meaningful action.  

We know that building a Healthy China requires collective effort. That is why we go beyond providing quality products and services—we also promote science-based wellness education, support public health initiateves p, and contribute as a responsible corporate citizen.

For example, in March 2025, Nu Skin launched the “Good Health, Scan China” campaign focused on health education. Through this initiative, we engaged with communities in office buildings, senior care centers, and other public spaces, making it easy for everyday people to receive a free, quantified antioxidant assessment. To date, we have held over 240 events and served more than 10,000 people. We don’t just provide free assessments—we also offer one-on-one consultations to help participants understand their data and make informed changes to their diet and lifestyle.

This initiative reflects Nu Skin’s long-standing belief: technological benefits should be accessible to everyone, not limited to just those with access to laboratories or high-end facilities. It is a living example of our “Force for Good” culture. We believe that true technology for good means enabling everyone to access, understand, and benefit from advanced health management tools.

“Force for Good” is more than a corporate philosophy. It represents our commitment to creating positive impact through our business, our people, and our partnerships. We believe commercial success and social responsibility should advance together. Whether through wellness education, community engagement, sustainable operations, or charitable initiatives, we strive to contribute to healthier lives and stronger communities wherever we operate.

Building on the momentum of our Good Health, Scan China initiative, we plan to launch an even larger global health initiative. Leveraging the PRYSM iO and our complete nutritional health management solutions, we have set an ambitious goal: to reach 1 million healthy families by 2026, and 10 million healthy families by 2030.

This is more than a business target. It reflects Nu Skin’s broader commitment to global health, and a concrete step toward fulfilling our “Technology for Good” vision and advancing proactive health worldwide.

At the same time, Environmental Social Governance principles remain deeply integrated into our corporate strategy.

We are committed to promoting green operations and sustainability in our business practices across our organization. Our China Innovation Park headquarters and Phase II factory in Shanghai were built to LEED standards, incorporating energy efficiency, water conservation, and waste management measures.

In our most recent ESG report, we outlined five strategic commitments, including our commitment to using more sustainable packaging solutions in all our products by 2030 and establishing a full lifecycle environmental assessment system. These commitments reflect our determination to drive meaningful environmental progress and operate responsibly for future generations.

Our commitment to social impact is equally important.

For many years, Nu Skin has supported humanitarian and community initiatives focused on children’s health, nutrition, education, and long-term wellbeing.

Over the past 20 years, through our Nourish the Children Initiative and Force for Good Foundation, we have donated more than 900 million servings of meals to hungry children, funded over 15,000 life-saving pediatric heart surgeries in China, and provided free heart screenings for more than 410,000 children. We also support educational development programs and through th “Nu Future Education Plan,” we have supported 34 schools and over 60,000 students, helping improve education in underserved communities.

Through our Nu Skin volunteer platform, Nu Skin actively engages employees and partners in community service. Our partners are the backbone of these efforts. As of August 2025, cumulative volunteer hours exceeded 90,000, benefiting more than 100,000 people. Each small act of kindness adds up to a powerful force for good in society.

Quality and consumer trust are the unshakable foundation of Nu Skin’s business. We know that consumer trust is our lifeline. That is why we have established rigorous quality standards starting with research and development, to sourcing, manufacturing, safety testing, and finally post-market oversight..
